Are you a broker? Will working with AMS increase my machinery costs? 

No, working with us does not increase your costs. Our service is free for customers. We are an independent engineering and sourcing initiative. We provide our clients with Direct Factory Prices (Ex-Works/FCA) without hidden markups or intermediary fees. We streamline the procurement process, which often results in better budget optimization for your facility compared to navigating the market alone. 

Who do we pay, and who do we sign the final contract with? 

You will never make any payments to Anatolian Milling Solutions. To ensure 100% financial transparency and security, the final commercial contract is signed directly between your company and the verified Turkish manufacturer. All official invoices are issued by them, and all payments (whether L/C, CAD, or wire transfers) are sent directly to the manufacturer’s official corporate bank accounts. We act purely as your technical facilitator leading up to the agreement. 

Why shouldn’t I contact Turkish manufacturers directly? What value does AMS add? 

While you can certainly find and contact manufacturers on your own, our priority is engineering the right solution tailored specifically to your facility. Large machinery manufacturers are often heavily occupied with global production schedules and may lack the time to provide extensive, one-on-one technical consultations. We dedicate that time exclusively to you. We act as your on-the-ground advocate, negotiating with manufacturers on your behalf to secure the best possible terms. Additionally, because we are an independent initiative, we are not tied to a single factory; we have the flexibility to provide alternative suppliers to ensure perfect alignment with your technical and budgetary requirements. 

If a machine breaks down or needs spare parts, who provides the warranty and technical support? 

The final commercial contract is signed directly between you and the verified machinery manufacturer. Therefore, all CE/NEMA certifications, comprehensive product warranties, and long-term spare parts guarantees remain the sole legal responsibility of the manufacturer. We assist in facilitating the communication, but you hold a direct, secure warranty from the factory itself. 

Do you handle the shipping, customs, and installation of the equipment? 

We oversee the technical alignment and facilitate the project planning phase. However, the physical export logistics, international shipping, and on-site installation are managed directly by the manufacturer’s expert export and technical teams, or by your designated logistics partners. This ensures that the equipment is handled by the certified professionals who built it. 

How do you choose the machinery manufacturers you work with in Türkiye? 

We only collaborate with vetted, Tier-1 manufacturers who have a proven track record of successful European exports. Our partners must hold valid international certifications (CE, ISO, HACCP compliant) and utilize top-grade materials (such as high-quality steel and European-standard sensors) to ensure their solutions meet the rigorous demands of global milling facilities.
